1 pkg casesar salad kit
Spinach garden herb tortilla (located with other tortillas in the grocery store)
1 rotisserie chicken ( cheapest at Costco)
George Foreman Grill
Plug in George Foreman Grill to heat up. Mix up salad kit according to pkg directions. Cut up rotisserie chicken and add to salad. Place mixture on tortilla and roll up like a burrito. Place on grill and close lid for 1 min just to crisp outside. Serve and Enjoy!

I was intimidated with making a cheesecake and the springform pan idea, but it ended up being very easy and delicious.
1 small (10 ounce) package fudge brownie mix
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (11 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. Prepare brownie mix as package directs. Spread in pan and bake 35 minutes, or until set. Remove from oven and set aside. While brownie mix is baking, beat cream cheese in large mixing bowl until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk, mixing well. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Stir in chips. Pour mixture over brownie shell. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees. Bake 50 to 60 minutes, until center is set. Allow to cool, then chill thoroughly in refrigerator. Serve and enjoy!

However, where health is concerned it is never a better idea to eat most of these items on the menu. There are ways to buy the healthier ingredients in these meals and make them on your own. This darn economy has us all pretty stressed out. Studies show that when we are running around worried our blood system contains lots of sugar making it difficult to perform and your brain overperforming. This can be fixed by having complex carbs such as beans, sweet potatos, oatmeal, deep greens like spinach, nuts, avacados, tuna, and milk. These foods steadies the blood sugar so the brain can have a steady flow and calm down. This will relax the body and you will feel better. The milk is also good to have before bedtime. It has been said that it helps the body relax and fall asleep. So go have a good meal and relax!

1 lb or more of chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz of sour cream
2 cups prepared rice (brown or white)
Cut chicken breasts into small pieces. While chicken is cooking until slightly brown on the outside, place soup and sour cream in small soup pan. Heat through until mixture begins to boil stirring constantly. Place Chicken on top of rice followed by soup mixture. Serve and enjoy! Remember brown rice is healthier!

Great Dish for this tough economy!1 lb hamburger
1 can corn
1 can green beans
1 can tomato soup
1-2 cups cheddar cheese
2 cups mashed potatos
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown hamburger. While hamburger is cooking boil potatos and mash. You may also plan to make this meal when you have left over potatos that are going to get wasted. Once both are cooked, place hamburger at the bottom of casserole dish. Add drained green beans, and corn undrained. Stir in Soup. Gently mix all ingredients. Top with layer of mashed potatos and cover with lots of cheese. Bake until heated through and cheese gets slightly crispy. Serve and Enjoy!

A cheap and easy dessert that is perfect for when there is nothing else.
Take one banana per person with peel left on, and slice down the middle lengthwise leaving it connected on the very top and bottom. Push on each end creating a bigger opening in the center. Fill with your favorite toppings such as chocolate chips, marshmallows, nuts, etc. Turn the oven on to 350. Once preheated place bananas on cookie sheet in oven for 5-10 minutes depending on the oven. The outside of the banana will turn black but the inside will warm up and melt the goodies creating a tasty treat. Serve with ice cream or eat alone, but be sure to enjoy! Also great with camping!
