We don't have one scheduled at the moment, so no clue when we might get back out that way.<br /><br />My favorite way to fix potatoes, is what I call broasted. Wash and cut (I usually use redskins), to whatever size you want...I generally get 8 pieces per potato, spray with pam or olive oil lightly, add onion and green peppers. Cover with foil and bake about 20 minutes on 375, then remove foil for 10-15 until lightly browned.
