Sunday Crockpot Roast



1 Rump Roast 3-4 pounds
1 1/2 cups sliced carrots or
1 sm. bag of mini carrots
1 cup sliced celery
1 chopped yellow onion
3-4 medium sized potatos sliced
1 pkg lipton onion soup mix

Place Roast in crockpot sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add all vegetables to crockpot. Add 1 cup of water to crockpot (more depending on size of roast and crockpot) .Sprinkle soup mix packet over top of mixture. Place lid on crockpot and turn on low if wanting it to take 8-10 hours or medium for 6-8 hours. Check on Roast and add water if bottom of pot is dry. When meat and vegetables are tender it's done! Serve and enjoy!
